Leesburg Set to Ok Many New Ordinances for The Villages

November 13, 2018

As expected, the city of Leesburg is going to be passing multiple new ordinances in relation to the new development for The Villages. Construction is set to start in the next 3-5 years.

When you are dealing with a development this large there will always be some less than attractive construction that will have to included. Unsurprisingly new cell phone towers will need to be built to handle the much greater load. So far this seems to be the biggest problem from current owners in the area that feel that it will decrease their property values.

Do you think there is a way to please everyone when it comes to the cell phone tower issues? Perhaps disguising the towers as trees as many places do?
